Job Order: Cement Construction Worker (Concrete Laborer) Job Summary: We are seeking hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to support cement construction projects. This role involves assisting with the preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete on commercial or residential job sites. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn construction trade skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, including grading and setting formsMix, pour, and spread concrete using hand and power toolsSupport concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and sealingSet up and dismantle forms, molds, and scaffoldingLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentClean and maintain tools and work areasFollow all safety procedures and supervisor instructionsQualifications: Previous construction or concrete experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending)Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to follow directions and work as part of a teamReliable transportation and strong attendanceRequired Skills: Basic knowledge of hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and dependabilityAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety practicesPPE Requirements: Steel-toe boots (required)Hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and eye protection (provided or required as specified)You should be proficient in: Heavy Material Handling
