This is a hands-on, paid training role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn the roofing and exterior remodeling trade from the ground up. This is not a union apprenticeship - you'll be trained directly by experienced crew members on real job sites, gaining practical skills quickly and building a path into higher-level roles.
