This is an entry-level position — no prior steel experience required. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Shop Helper, you will assist with day-to-day shop operations including material handling, equipment setup, and general labor. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in steel fabrication and construction with room to grow.
